Wellbeing Hubs - Our hubs offers a safe environment, advice and a variety of activities.


Therapeutic Support - Facilitate dementia friendly activties in a number of hospital settings within Cardiff.


Information for Dementia Carers - information and resources for Dementia carers


SORTED - Share Our Recovery Through Eating Disorders peer support group, supporting the recovery of ALL Eating Disorders (no formal diagnoses needed).


SHARE - Self Harm Awareness Recovery Education Peer support group, supporting the recovery of ALL Easting Disorders (no formal diagnoses needed).


Wellbeing Group - Peer support group for people experiencing anxiety or depression.


Talking Connections - Our low cost counselling service.


Training - Community training in mental health, MHFA, Anxeity and Depression Workshops.


Information - Information officer availible to promote third sector services within Bridgend.


Community Advocacy Service - Supporting people to be heard and know their rights.


IMCA - Indpendent Mental Capacity Advocacy. Our Advocaates work within the mental capacity act (Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Carmarthen, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.


IPA - Independent Professional Advocacy under the Social Services ACT in Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea.


PRPR - Paid Relative Persons Representative Working under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards in line with the Mental Capacity Act.


Litigation Friend - Our advocates can also support referral that have been brought before the court of protection.


Nearest Relative - The Nearest Relative role is an important safeguard for people who are affected by the Mental Health Act.


PIA - We are availible to provide some of our advocacy services "out of area" for spot purchase.se


Lobbying and Campaigning - Raising awareness to remove the stigma and discrimation.


Volunteering Opportunities - a variety of opportunities for individuals to support our charity.
