Purpose of the post


The purpose of the casual worker role is to provide flexible and immediate support to ensure that essential services remain operational during periods of staff absenteeism.


Casual workers play a critical role in ensuring that services are delivered consistently and efficiently, contributing to the overall stability and success of the organisation.

IPA - Swansea


Purpose of the post


To provide an Independent Professional Advocacy (IPA) Service as identified within the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, Part 10 which states “Local authorities must arrange for the provision of an independent professional advocate when a person can only overcome the barrier(s) to participate fully in the assessment, care and support planning, review and safeguarding processes with assistance from an appropriate individual, but there is no appropriate individual available”

 

Salary: £14,165.92 - £15,998.03 (actual, pro rata)


Hours: 21 Hours per week

Wellbeing Activity Worker - Cardiff


Purpose of the post


The aim of the post is to work alongside the Wellbeing Activity Co-ordinator to provide practical and therapeutic support to patients through meaningful activities your team will provide fun and dynamic activity sessions to encourage creativity, to improve patients over all wellbeing

 

Salary: £21,293.65 (actual, pro rata)

Pay -

MHM Wales offers competitive salaries with all our roles, including a set number of annual increments, dependent on role

Training & CPD -

All employees are encouraged to undertake training & CPD to bulid on their current skills set and develop new skills which will aide them in their role or career

Annual Leave -

MHM Wales currently offers all employees 29 working days plus all bank holidays on a pro rata basis 


Induction - Comprehensive first day Inductions are given to all new employees. 

Pension -

MHM Wales currently offers 9% non contributory pension to all permanent employees after passing their probationary period
