World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on 10 October. This year ’s theme  is “It’s time to prioritise mental health in the workplace.” This theme highlights the  need to address mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, not just for the benefit of individuals, but also for the overall health of organisations and communities. Prioritising mental health at work includes creating an environment where work-life balance is respected and supported

What Is Work-Life Balance?
Work-life balance is all about finding that sweet spot where your job and personal life feel equally
manageable. It’s when you’re not letting work take over your life, and you’ve got enough time for the
things that matter to you outside of work. When you nail this balance, you’re likely to feel less
stressed, avoid burnout, and generally feel better all round.
