World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on 10 October. This year ’s theme is “It’s time to prioritise mental health in the workplace.” This theme highlights the need to address mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, not just for the benefit of individuals, but also for the overall health of organisations and communities. Work-life balance is all about finding that sweet spot where your job and personal life feel equally

stressed, avoid burnout, and generally feel better all round.
